Designed for critical hygienic, chemical and industrial applications, the Mouvex H-FLO and G-FLO pumps offer improved design options and benefits when compared to different eccentric disc pumps. This contains the pumps’ capacity to handle highly viscous fluids as a lot as 10,000 cP and soft particles up to 20 mm because of an elevated offset in the eccentric shaft.
With an exceptionally light, pulse-free flow that protects shear-sensitive products, the Mouvex H-FLO
pump is for use in food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical business purposes which require extraordinarily hygienic operations. The H-FLO pump also delivers very excessive vacuum on suction and strong air compression on discharge that enables it to self-prime and totally strip lines, a crucial consideration when maximising product restoration in these functions. The H-FLO pump is EHEDG and FDA compliant.
The Mouvex G-FLO pump has been designed for the safe switch of important high-value fluids in chemical-processing and industrial functions. Incorporating a seal-less design that contains a triple stainless-steel bellows, the G-FLO pump ensures durability whereas fully maximising product containment. Confessions offers a constant and efficient move with a wide range of viscosities, eliminating a serious software concern for many chemical processors. The G-FLO pump is CE, ATEX and TA Luft compliant.
Available in 65, 50, 40 and 25 fashions, H-FLO and G-FLO pumps provide flow charges up to 70 m3/h (300 gpm) with a most output pressure of 10 bar (145 psi).
